i guess everyone was feeling really angry that day huh? (:

everything was cleared up during welfare on friday.
and on friday something happened again,
that is whn me and CheeCai quarrelled, loudly -.-
i guess all of you heard it yeah?
cause its actually kinda loud,
and we were only 1 metre plus away from each other -.-

OMG i feel so embarrass as on Fri(15/1) i got sabo by one of my friend(Dian) to dance abracadabra....but luckily some of my juniors also noe how to dance n they accompanied me to dance too...n when the music was set^^we start the dance^^i had FUN dancing..though it embarrassing but it worth it^^as can bring up the the level of atmosphere^^

Today we have a confident, trust n teamwork test^^Confident: in yourself do not scare of what obsticles you gonna face ahead^^Trust: you yourself and also your partner^^......First we blindfolded our cadets than we bring them around the school seperately^^here are some of the photos taken today.....enjoy^^starting the game^^

crazy walk....

Yesterday(08/11)few of us(Chee Cai, Hou An, Hadi, Lynn, Sheryl, Farah)have a crazy walk after the Remembrance Day. After the activity the 6 of us n Mr Pan went to Raffles Place to change out our Full Uni. At Raffles Place all of us went to the top level toilet to change n Mr Pan w8 for us outside the toilet, a second later the guys came out of the toilet without changing than Mr Pan was curious and started asking"why din't u guys change"than we reply "the toilet cubicle is under maintainace"than the guys went to other place to find toilet. Mins later the girls call us n tell us to meet at the main entrance of Raffle Place....(here come the funny part)the guys has NO sense of direction they was like walking here n there n can't find where is the main entrance.FINALLY they found their way to the main entrance.....After changing thefirst place we went is Fu Nan Mall^^Mr Pan treated us breakfast at Mac donald....after the breakfast we was than seperate with Mr Pan as he need to go home.....here comes the crazy walk....

First we went to Peninsula Shopping Centre(to shop n explore as few of us nvr go to the place b4)
Than from there we walk to Esplande(to explore as few of us nvr go to the place b4 n we also went to the library Taking group photos n Hadi is the p htographer as he don wan to take pics.Another Group photos^^n same Hadi still the p hotographer reason *same*Farah is wearing towel tat she made into a thing look like sheep...
After that we walk to Marina Square(to shop n went to the arcade n catch things)Marina Square...^^

hihihi....so long never update the blog...no time..
haha...now at esplanade's library with hou an, farah, lynn, hadi and chee cai.
erm... the reason we came here is because we do not want to go home after remembrance day at Krangi something and the memorial something of Japanese Occupation. Quite fun....we can get a certificate just because we attended the ceremony..
we took a lot of photo...silly ones...

there's one thing that make us laugh until we dropped. which is a SUPER BLUR SIR. erm....long story. we will tell you when we have training...

Hi, Sheryl here..again!

Tomorrow is RENA'S BIRTHDAY! which is 25 june. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RENA! MAY YOUR DREAMS AND WISHES COME TRUE!

Sadly tmr training is called for the supporting contingents and our own training are cancelled due to H1N1. People in GOH and parade commanders need to come for the speech's day rehearsal, attire is full uni. 10 more days to the actual speech's day which is 4 july 2009.

Actually, Chee cai and i already planned how to celebrate Rena's birthday which is THROW WATER BOMBS AT RENA DURING TRAINING! Hahaha...

Ohya, the Sec1 got their uniforms! and our very own core tees are out!
Cant wait to get my hands on it!

yesterday me and CheeCai went Escape with th other schools .
it was .. fun , but far .

Hiking (second day) from 9.30am to 3.15pm

Chee Cai and i are the station masters for one of the station station. Our station also known as the place where the cadets have their lunch from 12pm to 1pm. so i can only take photo at my station.

* we waited for one hour for a group to come to our station. during this one hoour. chee cai kept looking at his phone and laughed and similed, maybe he was looking at______ while we were waiting for the sec one to arrive to our game station.

Mdm Jeanice never joined us, so sad . she had a test at her poly. if she came, the atmosphere will be even more high and the laughters will be even more....

yeah! went cycling... we rent double bikes and normal bikes. lynn and i together we cycled the double bike.having so much fun that i forgot to take photo. we raced with rena, nicole, syawani and christa. later, lynn asked me to try the normal bike. i tried and tired and i fell down. an incised wound at the back of my right leg and abrasion on my left knee. Rena treated my wounds. so touched. she have done a great job treating me. *clap. clap* one westwood guy ride me back with a double bike to the place we gathered. so touched but later on he felt tired and chee cai took over to ride me back. he was riding so fast like F1 racing car... finally went back to the gathered area. later nicole volunteered to clean my wound..so touched.. later saw ummi crying, she had a very big wound on her left knee. her wound got infected with bacteria as she never changed her wound for one day and something sticky gor stuck in the wound. Mdm Slyvia and sir micheal treated her. mdm slyvia used a spray to spray her wound as she cant pulled out the gauze from her wound. ummi cried...she was very brave.. later have lunch, never take photo as i was talking with the westwood instructors. it was time to go back, as ummi was unable to walk mdm slyvia and tracy used the TOC to transport ummi to the bus. later mdm slyvia was tired, nicole took over. they finally transported her back to the bus. in the bus, at first the sec1 were singing cheers but after 10 mins, the atmosphere was so quiet. i looked back they were all sleeping except nicole, she was chatting with me. went back to sch.

Mid- year finally over, starting to take back our test papers. CCA has resume!

I took a picture during the training. ( not suppose to, took it secretly at the netball court)

* in the picture is team bravo, consist of 6 cadets. they are Rena, christa, nicole, ummi, shi tian and hui ching. Farah, hadi and i trained them.

Ohya, speech day coming...7 of the sec2 are in the G.O.H (guard of honour). OMG!

Sports' day2009

Hi..i am here to post about sports'day at Singapore Poly.

During 7.30am to 10.30am, i am not at the first aid stand cos i am participating in the C division Girls Captain's ball compeition so i cant tell you what has happened during that period of time...

There was a lot of casualties like have 25, can be more or less. That day i have given a total of 3 casualties head rubs! 2 boys and 1 girl. Some more one of the 2 boys, i was been called up by a female teacher to go all the way to the top where the students was sitted in their house to give the boy a head rub. Damn awkward.... The boy was suffering a headache after his run so gave him a head rub. The other boy and the girl gave them head rubs at the first aid stand, the also suffering headache after their runs.

Heard from Hou An, A bigger size girl have her ankle sprained. We needed a total of 6 people to carry her with a stretcher to the first aid stand. Three of them is Hanisah, Chee cai and dian.

There is one casualty that let us angry. The boy was been brought to the first aid stand. I was the first to attend to him. I think he ran the 4oom x 4 compeition. He said that he was tired, no energy. Later Hanisah came, she talked to him nicely. Hanisah scared he will vomit so brought a plastic bag in front of him. Later he said he want to sleep, want to lie down on the floor and want to drink COLD WATER!. somemore he never eat breakfast! hanisah gave him a bread, he refused. later he wanted the bread. Mr Neo later brought him to a shady area. Then we called his form teacher, mdm chung to talk to him. Mdm chung called his father to bring him home and his father said he will be there in 15 mins time. but in the end, he arrived 1 hour later. During the period of 1 hour, he gave us total of 3 surprise vomits. When his father arrived, his father said "haven die, good." This gave us a shock sia. how can a father want his son to die!?

Finally, Sports day ended. Some of us went home. Except Chee cai, dian, athirah, hanisah, wei tian, syawani and me, we all went to Jurong Point to have our lunch. In the next post, i will post abt us after sports day at Jurong Point. Haha..wait for the post..

Hi..i am here to post the SJAB FAC COMPEITION 2009 Results

Nursing Cadets(NC13) - 4th in footdrill
- 13th in first aid
- 13th in home nursing
- overall based on those result above so we got 13th in overall.

Ambulance Cadets(AC3) - ? in footdrill
- ? in short case
- ? in long case
- overall they got FIRST RUNNER UP FOR OVERALL

btw..i need to say something about the foods provided..
THE FOOD IS DAMN NICE AND IT WAS A LARGE PORTION UNTIL I CANT FINISH.

For the chinese :the nasi lamask have rice(of course), chicken drumstick, fried fish with ikan____ with peanuts !

For the malays: i think it is mixed vegetables rice. Got sweet and sour fish, egg and vegetables. that's only what i know, maybe even more..

And one more thing..THE WAITING ROOM IS DAMN SCARLY... my heart was like pounding so fast.. when i knew it was our turn.

The memories will etched in my mind forever...

TRAINING
Please be reminded that next two week there is NO TRAINING! as we all are having our common test. After common test there will be training. we will inform you all.

CORE TEE
I have designed the core tee and approved by all the cadets. i maybe will be the core tee during march holidays. so..please be patient.

SPORT DAY TEE
SGT Dian said she maybe doing a tee for the sport day so that people will recognise us as first aider! she said it maybe be a plain white collar polo tee, behind will have the word "first aider" and will have a big red plus sign behind!! so..also be patient..

COMMON TEST

Hi, this is sheryl. So long never update because...nothing to update about.

I am quite glad to say that we have 16 SEC ONE CADETS!
there are 15 girls and 1 boy. but everyone in the secondary one level said our boy cadet is retard. i believe he is only hyperactive, cannot stand still, he must move.
the behavior the sec one are showing us some of our sec three onward seniors are very angry about it. they walk slowly when the senoirs called them to fall in and etc....

Ah, this picture. we are released and can go and change to our home clothes so that we can play along the shore or go cycling. Suddenly, some teenages asked whether we can help her friend to clean her wound. So, SGT chee cai, SGT Athirah and me(LCP Sheryl) went to help her. Her friends said they will write a letter to the school about us but don know whether he have anot.
